01 / Who is responsible
NORTH 40.64 is responsible for processing your data. For questions, privacy requests or withdrawal of consent, contact privacy@north4064.gr.
02 / What the form collects
We collect your email address, any colour and size preferences you choose, your interest-processing consent, your optional marketing choice and the version of this policy shown when you submit. Netlify also records submission metadata such as the submission time and may process technical request data for hosting and spam protection. Do not submit payment details or sensitive information.
03 / Why we use it
With your consent, we record your expression of interest and use your preferences to understand demand for the first drop. We send launch news or marketing emails only if you separately opt in to marketing. Both uses rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Colour, size and marketing consent are optional; without an email and interest-processing consent, we cannot register your interest. Browsing does not require submitting the form.
We also send a one-time email confirming that we received your expression of interest. This confirmation does not subscribe you to marketing; future launch news still requires the separate marketing opt-in.
Withdraw either consent at any time by emailing privacy@north4064.gr. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. We do not use your submission for automated decisions or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
04 / How long we keep it
Interest-only submissions: we keep these no later than , three months after the scheduled launch on , or delete them sooner if you withdraw consent or request erasure where applicable.
If you opt in to marketing: we retain your email and marketing-consent record until you withdraw that consent. Colour and size preferences remain subject to the 10 February 2027 deadline. Withdrawing marketing consent stops marketing use; withdrawing interest-processing consent stops interest use. You can request both together. Joani Tollja manages deletion of submissions and any exported copies; this website does not automatically delete stored submissions.
05 / Storage and international transfers
Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions on our behalf, and Netlify hosts this website. Access to submissions is limited to authorised NORTH 40.64 personnel and authorised service-provider personnel as needed to operate these services. We do not sell form data.
Resend is the email delivery provider for the one-time confirmation. When email delivery is configured, we share your email address and the confirmation message with Resend to deliver it. Email delivery providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. For details of Resend's data processing and transfer safeguards, see its legal documentation or contact us.
Netlify and its subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Netlify's legal documentation provides its Data Processing Agreement, contractual transfer safeguards and subprocessor information. Contact us for the applicable documentation and information about the safeguards relevant to your submission.
06 / Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object where applicable, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@north4064.gr, preferably from the address used for your submission. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
07 / Cookies and changes
The website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Netlify may process technical data to deliver and secure the website; see its privacy policy. If the way we use form data changes, we will update this notice and request fresh consent where required.
